AI makes manual work embarrassing.
The more LLM used, the stronger resistance to manual work. AI became the default.
But some tasks are not obvious. Tangled and complex enough that can’t decipher right away.
This is what I ran into.
I’m tasked to rebrand 55 preliminary datasheet to branded datasheet. Rebrand includes:
- Template
- Series categorization
- Feature terminologies
- Replace product image
- Replace accessories.
I also have a catalog afterwards that needs collection of specification matrix.
The key is just start. I start to copy-paste table into excel.
Then I found my way to use Claude to extract specs into table.
It simplified the spec collection and normalization.
I made a prompt writing key features using competition as example.
AI is a process, not the beginning. Start the game. Rewire the process.
